Wednesday – Help Yourself Day
Think of one thing you loved about last week. Ask yourself what you didn’t enjoy and why. Now think of how you can bring more of the things you loved into your life and less of the things you didn’t. Ask yourself how you can react differently to the not so great things to have a better rest of the year.
