Wednesday – Help Yourself Day
We all feel better when we know someone cares. And when we care about someone else that makes us feel even better. Think of someone you care about and think about what difficulties that person is suffering at the moment.
Is it your mum with too much stress? Your friend who’s having a bad time? Take the time to tell them they’re great. Compliment them. A bit of love and attention goes a long way - both ways.
