Wednesday – Help Yourself Day

 

   The way we sit, stand and walk can affect the way we feel. If you’re reading this and slouching, sit up and expand your chest. If your concentrating with a frown, grin. Feeling better? I bet.

 

   Now dance in your chair. Hey, if you want to get up and dance around, go for it.

 

   For today, ask yourself, Am  I smiling? Am I sitting or walking straight? All these things can lead to a happier day. And you deserve it!
